Understand your consumer rights
Other language: हिंदी

Use these guides to separate those questions. A support ticket, NCH grievance and Consumer Commission case are different processes.

The English reader uses the India Code edition as on 1 September 2026. The bare Act does not consolidate all rules: ordinary complaint jurisdiction values are prescribed by the 2021 rules. The September 2026 e-commerce amendments start on 1 January 2027. Read dates and scope rather than treating every notified change as effective immediately.
