IPC Section 303: Punishment for murder by life-convict

Repealed on 1 July 2024 and replaced by the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 (BNS).
Whoever, being under sentence of 1[imprisonment for life], commits murder, shall be punished with death.
