CrPC Chapter 28: Submission of death sentences for confirmation

Repealed on 1 July 2024 and replaced by the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (BNSS).

1. Section 366. Sentence of death to be submitted by Court of Session for confirmation
