IPC Chapter 19: The Criminal Breach of Contracts of Service

Repealed on 1 July 2024 and replaced by the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 (BNS).

1. Section 490. Breach of contract of service during voyage or journey
2. Section 491. Breach of contract to attend on and supply wants of helpless person
3. Section 492. Breach of contract to serve at distant place to which servant is conveyed at master’s expense
